OUR PRODUCTS
100% ITALIAN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Our extra virgin olive oils are produced from olives grown in the Upper Salento (Puglia region - Italy), in the countryside between Ceglie Messapica and San Michele Salentino.The harvest takes place in October to guarantee the product those organoleptic characteristics that arise from polyphenols, natural antioxidants that take care of our well-being.
Cold pressing takes place immediately after harvesting and we monitor all stages of processing. We storage our oils in steel silos inerted with nitrogen in order to preserve aromas and flavors over time.

Charming and enveloping perfume, elegant in the hints of green almond softened by floral and spicy notes.
Delicate and very fresh taste, with a refined and persistent spicy that gives it panache.
